User Data Deletion

1. Delete your account yourself
Organization members can delete their own accounts by signing in and opening Account under your profile menu, or by contacting your organization owner. Deleting your account removes your profile, membership and personal identifiers from the platform.
2. Organization data
Organization Owners may remove members and may request full deletion of their organization's workspace, including conversations, contacts, templates and notes, by emailing info@bodtech.it.com from the organization owner's email address.
3. Customers of an organization
If you messaged an organization that uses Relayline and want your WhatsApp number and conversation deleted, contact that organization directly. You may also email info@bodtech.it.com with the number you used and the organization's name, and we will relay and enforce your request.
4. What is deleted and when
Account and profile data are deleted immediately upon confirmed deletion. Conversation content, media and audit records are deleted within 30 days. Some records may be kept where required by law, for fraud prevention, or in secure backups that are purged on the normal backup cycle (maximum 90 days).
5. Requests by email
Email info@bodtech.it.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your name, the email address or WhatsApp number concerned, and the organization involved. We verify the request and confirm once deletion is complete. We respond within a reasonable time, normally within 14 days.
