Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Relayline, a WhatsApp Business communication platform operated by BOD Tech Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, using the platform, or communicating with an organization through Relayline, you agree to these Terms.
If you use Relayline on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. The service
Relayline provides shared team inboxes, approved message templates, campaigns, assignments, notes, automations and developer APIs for communicating over the WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
We may add, change or remove features. Material adverse changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated in advance where practical.
3. Your responsibilities
You must use Relayline in compliance with all applicable laws and with the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platforms' applicable terms, including obtaining any consent required before messaging people and honoring opt-outs.
You may not use Relayline to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content, or to impersonate another business. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for the conduct of the members you invite.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your credentials confidential and your account secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your accounts. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Organization owners are responsible for managing member access, including revoking access when members leave.
5. Third-party services
Message delivery depends on Meta Platforms, Inc. and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We do not control Meta's platforms and are not liable for delivery delays, number restrictions, template rejections, account reviews or suspensions imposed by Meta.
Your use of WhatsApp Business numbers and templates remains subject to Meta's own policies and quality ratings.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans and usage-based charges (including any Meta conversation charges passed through) are billed in advance per the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
We may suspend accounts that remain overdue after notice.
7. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you and your customers exchange through the platform. You grant us the limited right to process and transmit that content solely to provide the service.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Relayline software, brand and platform. You may not copy, resell as a competing platform, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law.
WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Relayline is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill.
10. Termination
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create legal or security risk for us, other organizations, or Meta.
On termination we will make your organization's data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it per the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
