1. Who we are

Relayline is a WhatsApp Business communication platform operated by BOD Tech Solutions Limited. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you use our website, our application, or when you communicate with our customers or with us through WhatsApp.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), display name, timezone, and organization membership and role.

Communication data: WhatsApp messages, media, templates, notes and assignment records that you send, receive or annotate through the platform on behalf of your organization.

Customer data: when a person messages an organization using Relayline, that organization stores the sender's WhatsApp number, profile name and conversation content in order to reply and follow up.

Technical data: device and browser information, push notification tokens (only if you opt in), and security audit records such as sign-in and administrative actions.

3. How we use data

To provide the service: delivering messages through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, maintaining shared inboxes, templates, campaigns, assignments and internal notes.

To secure accounts: authentication, password resets, invitations, and preventing abuse of the platform.

To comply with law: responding to lawful requests and keeping records required of us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your conversations to train advertising products.

4. Legal bases

We process account and communication data to perform our contract with the subscribing organization, based on our legitimate interest in securing and operating the platform, and, where applicable, with the consent of the individual (for example, when opting in to browser notifications or to receive messages).

5. Sharing and processors

Messages you send are transmitted through Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Cloud API) under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Hosting, email delivery and notification services are provided by vetted infrastructure processors that process data only on our instructions.

Each organization using Relayline controls its own data. Other organizations cannot see your conversations. Platform staff access is restricted, logged, and limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Conversation and message data are retained per your organization's settings and our legal obligations. Deleted content is removed through our normal deletion processes. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact info@bodtech.it.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are a customer of an organization using Relayline and want messages about you removed, contact that organization directly, or contact us and we will relay your request.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls enforced in the database, row-level tenant isolation, audit logging of administrative actions, and secrets stored outside the application layer.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email to account holders.
